1. Return Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
2. Return Timeframe
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to reflect in your account.
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Exchanges for size or variant are subject to availability.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zyvra.business@gamil.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Perishable goods
- Opened personal care or hygiene products
- Gift cards or digital products
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
